Sean Woodward at the 2011 Wirksworth Festival

Sean Woodward will be appearing at the Wirksworth Festival on September 14th. He will be reading a number of poems from his forthcoming book VERBAL NARCOTICS including Birthday, TS Eliot Letters Volume II and Going to Callanish. There will also be an opportunity to purchase copies of the new Wirksworth Writers anthology at the event which includes his poems Stanton Moor and This Solstice Anniversary. He also designed the cover for the book.

For three weeks in September the historic Derbyshire market town of Wirksworth throws open its doors and invites you in to see some great art in some fascinating places. Inspirational work from international and national artists is shown alongside the very best local and regional artists.
